I wear this product while I play and practice golf, and it is great. The compression works well. My only word of caution is the this product runs large. I'm not sure what level of compression folks like, but I normal wear a loose XL tee shirt, but I ended up going with a medium for this product. FYI: I like a nice amount of compression.

It is compression fit which means skin tight. Fits and wears well. Great as an undershirt for basketball. Wicks sweat pretty well.
